Marketing Supervisor EU

Description

Pivot Cycles is seeking to fill the position of Marketing Supervisor for the EU market, based out of our GmBH office in Stuttgart Germany.  The Marketing Supervisor is integral to leadership of the EU Marketing team and is responsible for planning, in collaboration with our Global Marketing Manager, and executing integrated marketing campaigns, delegating tasks to Marketing team members, supervising team efforts, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with enthusiasm for strategic marketing and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in production level tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing Manager to create marketing strategies attuned to the customer journey, and map out the tasks needed to implement that strategy.
  • Create and maintain marketing campaign budgets, with responsibility for executing goals within financial parameters.
  • Own campaigns in Hubspot and monitor all assets, assign CTA’s, and aggregate all relevant campaign data to measure projects outcomes and make recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with outside vendors.
  • Establish KPI’s for marketing projects, including but not limited to e-mail marketing, organic social media marketing, influencer marketing, and paid media.
  • Incorporate acquisition of first party data in all relevant marketing campaigns and projects
  • Understand Pivot Cycles’ operations, sales, and marketing tech stacks, and stay informed about best-of-breed marketing application solutions.
  • Monitor SEO and SEM results and Google Analytics performance data, and present meaningful interpretations of marketing project outcomes.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Pivot Cycles brand voice, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Work with social media coordinator to create meaningful social media communities and programs with measurable value to the overall marketing plan.
  • Develop relationships with media partners for all earned and paid media placements, coordinate placements and manage annual EU media budget.
  • Manage relationship with 3rd party EU agency on content creation and creative projects within the EU market.
  • Oversee athlete planning and annual athlete budget for the EU market.
  • Oversee the translation of US based marketing content and campaigns for the EU market.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of professional marketing experience for a national or global brand, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects on time and within budget across all relevant Marketing activities.
  • Experience with project management theory and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to navigate high impact conversations
  • Core understanding of outdoor industry consumers and mountain bike industry competitive landscape
  • Passion for mountain bikes is essential for this position
  • Highly skilled user of the following technologies:
    • Office 365
    • HubSpot
    • Trello or other Atlassian PM software
    • Google Analytics
    • Diverse social media platforms
    • Shopify ecosystem (preferred, but not required)
    • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

Bike Mechanic & Quality Control Technician - Germany

Description

We are looking for a friendly individual with an objective for maintaining our company standards, strong mechanical skills and good knowledge of the bicycle industry. As a Quality Control & Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for checking and maintaining the quality of every product so that it meets our standards and manufacturing guidelines in addition to various warehouse duties.

Wir suchen eine freundliche Person, welche sich für die Einhaltung unserer Unternehmensstandards einsetzt, handwerklich/mechanisch geschickt ist und über gute Kenntnisse in der Fahrradbranche verfügt. Als TechnikerIn für Qualitätskontrolle und Lagerhaltung sind Sie für die Einhaltung der Qualität aller Produkte verantwortlich, sodass diese den vorgegebenen Standards und Fertigungsrichtlinien entsprechen. Dazu kommen noch Aufgaben in unserem Warenlager.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for cycling and basic bike knowledge to fill the position of Warehouse and Assembly Technician.
